Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance shopping (when it is not a matter of personal collection but sent by delivery service), you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. the delivery of the last product from the order. Pursuant to Article 77, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product that is the result of handling the purchased product. The returned product MUST be in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with the declaration, the corresponding invoice and the original packaging.<\/p>

IMPORTANT: There is no right to unilateral termination of the Agreement for food, nutritional supplements, cosmetics and perfumes based on the Law!<\/p>

You can unilaterally terminate the contract using the mentioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract.<\/p>

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will proceed according to the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. the Obligatory Relations Act.
We will reimburse you after the goods have been returned to us. You must return the goods to us without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the unilateral termination of the contract.<\/p>

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS<\/strong>
The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:<\/p>

Delivery of goods that were not ordered
Delivery of expired goods
Delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport<\/p>
