ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (AS FROM 15 February 2016)
According to the special regulation of the European Union from February 15, 2016, throughout the EU, disputes related to online purchases will be resolved through ODR platform (click on the link). In other words, if you encounter a problem during online shopping within the EU (defective product, inability to exchange the product, etc.), you can submit your complaint in a faster and simpler way on the link of the ODR platform.
It is good to know how the platform can be used by consumers and merchants. The objection can be submitted in any of the 23 official languages of the EU.
